Responsibilities

• Triaging SuccessFactors incidents, service requests and change requests using ticketing tools and managing SLA / KPI set by the customers.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest CPS updates, certifications and enhancements in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the system aligns with organizational goals.
• Prepare and maintain project and change request documentation, including functional specifications, system configurations and user guides.
• Participate in system testing, identify issues and troubleshoot to ensure smooth operation.
• Conduct training sessions for users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the system.
• Configure and implementSAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, PGM, LMS, RC, ONB, SP, etc.) to meet client needs.
• Analyze business requirements and understand the client's HR processes and system requirements.
