Job descriptionMore than three years similar or related work experience within the banking or payments industry. Must be able to conceptualize new ideas, research the new idea, and evaluate them objectively from a market and financial standpoint. History of product development and management accomplishments and initiative. Proven experience in project management. Demonstrated ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills : Able to present strategic ideas to senior management and perform product discussion and presentation with members and participants. Market research and competitor analysis. Combined creative and analytical skills. Above average skill in Microsoft Office products : Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Highly motivated to learn new technology. Results-oriented – meets deadlines on assignments, juggle multiple demands and can work with all types of individuals up to and including the Board of Directors. Attention to detail and accuracy. Analytical, organization and interpersonal skills. Able to multitask and prioritize tasks. Strong communication skills (oral and written). Exhibits strong work ethic and discipline. Proactive.
