IT Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the end-to-end client settlement process, including reconciliation, issue resolution, and reporting.

Ensure accurate and timely recording of settlement transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities related to client settlements.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Treasury, Legal, IT) to streamline settlement workflows and enhance control processes.

Perform root cause analysis of settlement discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 2+ years of accounting experience or in lieu of a degree 4+ years of accounting experience.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Finance and Accounts

Working Set-up : Hybrid
