Branch Manager – NAIA Location
We are looking for a reliable, operations-driven Branch Manager to lead and oversee daily activities at our NAIA branch. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth, high-quality transport experience for passengers arriving on both domestic and international flights.
The ideal candidate brings solid experience in transport, travel, or hospitality operations and excels in overseeing on-ground activities, resolving customer concerns, and auditing ride and fare-related data.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily branch operations at the assigned airport location
Oversee passenger flow and ensure efficient lounge and transport service operations
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
Ensure adherence to company policies, airport regulations, and service standards
Lead, train, and mentor team members to maintain excellent customer service and operational performance
Generate and submit operational reports for management review
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in branch operations, transport terminals, travel, or hospitality industries
Familiarity with fare structures, pricing models, and service audit processes
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Keen attention to detail and operational accuracy
Willingness to work on-site at NAIA and commit to shifting schedules
