Senior Operations Manager

Onsite - Makati (Techzone)

We’re looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead operations for a Travel Sales program across at our Makati - Techzone site. This leader will drive performance, coach Operations and Team Managers, and serve as the primary operational contact for the client.

What You’ll Do

Lead and develop Operations Managers and Team Managers

Oversee site performance and drive continuous improvement

Review KPIs, create action plans, and ensure performance targets are met

Present during business reviews and manage client communications

Support staffing, engagement, and operational readiness with HR and Site Leadership

What We’re Looking For

Strong background in call center operations (sales experience is a plus)

Understanding of P&L, operational KPIs, and efficiency drivers

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
