Job descriptionOpen to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write / type in Mandarin and English. Open to high schools, Undergraduates, and Degree holders. Open to no related work experience. Having CSR experience is a big advantage. Having BPO experience is a big plus. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Ensure excellent customer service through quick and effective actions to solve the client’s issues. Keep every customer engaged with a direct and friendly touch. Handle sensitive customer data with utmost care and confidentiality.
