Job descriptionYou will be handling project management across the board. You’ll coordinate meetings, build timelines, help keep systems tidy and up to date, and generally be the behind-the-scenes legend that helps our client deliver projects that delight. Schedule and prep for project meetings (yes, agendas too!). Track progress against milestones. Maintain project data in tools like Jira. Keep stakeholders informed and in sync. Help coordinate vendors, purchase orders, and invoices. Take ownership of smaller engagements under guidance. You’re naturally organized, comfortable juggling priorities, and have an eye for detail that others envy. You’re the type who colour-codes a spreadsheet just because it feels right. Also, you write and speak clearly—and can send a killer follow-up email. 2+ years of exposure to admin or project work. Familiar with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience using or curiosity to learn Jira. Collaborative and kind (no lone wolves). Progress > A little bit cheeky, but always professional. Happy to speak up, share wins, and learn from stumbles. Build and maintain solid project schedules. Own agendas and documentation with pride. Proactively spot bottlenecks and raise your hand. Be the calm voice in a busy project storm. Keeping projects on schedule and stakeholders aligned. Accuracy of documentation. Ownership of smaller projects. Contribution to team vibe and collaboration. Monday to Friday, Day-shift (AEDT). Fully remote from the Philippines (PH-based role).
