Banking Enterprise Architect

We’re looking for an experienced Banking Enterprise Architect to lead the design and modernization of core banking architecture using industry-standard frameworks such as BIAN. The role involves shaping the target-state architecture, defining integration strategies, and ensuring technology solutions align with business goals across the financial services landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and implement enterprise banking architecture aligned with the organization’s business and digital transformation objectives.
• Apply BIAN (Banking Industry Architecture Network) principles to map, modularize, and optimize business capabilities.
• Assess existing systems and identify areas for simplification, consolidation, and modernization.
• Develop architectural roadmaps that enable composable, API-driven banking solutions.
• Collaborate with business, application, and infrastructure teams to ensure architectural consistency and scalability.
• Lead design discussions on service boundaries, data domains, and integration layers.
• Guide development and delivery teams in adopting BIAN-aligned service models and reusable components.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security, and compliance requirements.
• Communicate architecture decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
