Corporate Planning & Strategy Head (Utilities / Power)

The Corporate Planning / Strategy Head is responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans to drive company growth, and optimize financial performance. This role involves collaborating with senior executives, evaluating business performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking, data-driven strategist with exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering measurable results.

Strategic and Annual Planning

• Is responsible for the development, refinement and implementation of corporate strategies to align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Together with Corplan Head, facilitates the annual strategic planning process and ensures alignment across departments and business units.
• Drafts the 5-Year Strategic Plan and the OKR and OKR review presentations to the FDC Execom; reviews the strategic plan and OKRs of the business segments and key departments to ensure alignment.
• Partner with leaders from various departments (BUs, finance, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure that strategic goals are properly integrated into each functions objectives.
• Develop key result metrics and frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, and measure corporate and project success; track and evaluate.
• Casts the 5-Year sales targets per project and launches.
• Prepares the Presidents, company OKRs for the year; reviews key officers OKRs.
• Evaluates proposed launch line up for the year.
