Chief Manufacturing Officer - #34622

Our client is an FMCG / Food Beverage Company.

Job Purpose : This role is responsible for providing overall strategic leadership and direction to the Manufacturing function to ensure efficient and effective operations and the availability of products and services anchored on the short, medium and long-term plan of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Manufacturing Operations

• Provides strategic direction and guidance in creating an effective and robust manufacturing strategy to support the business requirements.
• Ensures that manufacturing systems and processes are in place to produce products at the right time and cost.
• Provides strategic leadership in manufacturing and footprint planning including strategies for operational synergy and expansion.
• Puts in place the definition and tracking of manufacturing KPIs and dashboards ensuring that these are reflective of the overall business strategy.

Job Type : Permanent.

Employment Type : Full-time.

Schedule : Monday to Friday 8AM – 5PM (Philippine Standard Time).

Location : Full-onsite (Alabang, Muntinlupa).
