Job Responsibilities Design furniture, millwork and architectural elements per client needs. 3D model and create realistic renders for design proposals. Create detailed shop drawings to communicate overall design, designs details, and materiality. Help clients solve issues related to space planning and code clearances. Assist with the development of other customer-facing documents including design presentations, furniture specification booklets, company portfolio, etc. Help with light marketing activities. Occasional brand management activities - i.e. helping with company newsletters, lunch & learn presentations, social media posts, and other marketing related documents. Requirements Timeliness / responsiveness to emerging needs Excellent English (spoken and written) Ability to read Architectural and Millwork drawings, and work independently to design and develop construction documents / shop drawings for custom furniture Ability to work collaboratively and support Project Managers with various tasks including setting up and editing pricing spreadsheets, creating estimates, and occasionally sending invoices to clients.
