Job descriptionStrong accounting background with a solid understanding of bookkeeping and financial principles. Proven experience working with QuickBooks Online . Minimum 2–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (CPA or firm experience is a plus). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good English communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and meet deadlines. Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup. Experience working with US-based clients. Familiarity with tax preparation processes or accounting firm workflows. Remote position with flexible scheduling based on business needs. Integration with an existing accounting team and processes. Job Description
This is a remote position.
Accounting Specialist (QuickBooks Online)
Work Schedule : 9am to 6pm EST with one hour of unpaid break
Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online.
- Handle bank and credit card reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly categorized.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with analysis as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth accounting operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and follow security protocols.
