Work setup : Hybrid setup in Taguig

Schedule : Night Shift (fixed weekends off)

Role Requirements :

Should have an active PHRN license

Must have experience handling a team for a minimum of 2 years (global support, voice) in a BPO or shared services setting

Account experience : Preferably healthcare, medical billing, or patient support

Able to work onsite during training (2-3 months), then a hybrid work arrangement after training

Good communication skills
