Job description

We're seeking a strategic Sales Development Representative who excels at generating qualified leads for complex B2B services. You'll help our development agency connect with decision-makers in the insurance industry and beyond, while building scalable outreach processes that turn prospects into valuable client relationships.

This role is perfect for someone who can think strategically about lead generation, understand service-based selling, and proactively identify high-value opportunities while managing the full sales development lifecycle.

๐Ÿงฉ What You'll Be Doing

  • ๐ŸŽฏ Strategic Lead Generation
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling
  • Research and identify high-value prospects in insurance carriers, agencies, and enterprise markets
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for senior team members
  • ๐Ÿ“ž Relationship Building & Communication
  • Conduct strategic phone calls with prospects to understand their needs
  • Manage follow-up sequences and nurture long-term prospect relationships
  • Provide weekly strategic updates and recommendations on high-priority accounts
  • ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ CRM & Process Management
  • Maintain accurate prospect data and interaction history in CRM systems
  • Create and manage proposals, contracts, and sales documentation
  • Optimize outreach processes and track conversion metrics across channels

  • Analyze prospect engagement patterns and identify successful messaging strategies
  • Research target accounts and provide insights on decision-making processes
  • Collaborate on refining ideal customer profiles and messaging frameworks

  • 2+ years of B2B sales development or lead generation experience
  • Proven track record selling services (not just products) to business decision-makers
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and sales automation tools
  • Strong phone communication skills and comfort with cold calling
  • Strategic mindset โ€“ able to work independently from high-level direction and return with results
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to identify opportunities and take initiative
  • Bonus : Experience in insurance, fintech, or enterprise software industries
