Restaurant Supervisor

Key duties and responsibilities :

• Assist in training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff
• Maintain high-quality food and service standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
• Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
• Develop strategies for improving our customers' dining experience
• Work with staff to project future needs for operational supplies, goods, and cleaning products.
• Maintain inventory of all needed supplies
• Manage the work schedules of the restaurant's staffs
• Overseeing food / drinks preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
• Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food / drink supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
• Accomplish reports and other tasks as assigned
