Today, it is the #1 way people play football and futsal in Singapore and is rapidly expanding internationally via a license partner model, with locations in Australia, India, USA, UAE, and South Africa.

Role

The selected candidate(s) will go through 3–6 months of onboarding and training, then will serve as City Manager to remotely manage day‑to‑day operations of the business at one or more locations (e.g. Melbourne, San Francisco). This role will focus on inventory and revenue management, customer experience and service, and other ad‑hoc management responsibilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hospitality or a similar field, managing a branch, outlet or department
• Experience driving sales / profit and delighting customers
• Experience managing a team of 3+ people
• Accountable for achieving sales / profits targets AND delighting customers
• Experience working overseas
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Passion for customer service
• Friendly, positive attitude and team player
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
• Franchise development or support experience is a plus
• Interest or knowledge of football is a plus

Other Details

Position is virtual (e.g., based in the Philippines) with occasional travel to Singapore.
