Job descriptionAt least 6 months of BPO calls / voice support experience Excellent interpersonal and English communication (written and verbal) skills Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficient in basic computer navigation and troubleshooting Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks Can start immediately, if possible Initial Interview (Phone Screening) Final Interview (Virtual)
