Job descriptionEnsure accurate and timely preparation, filing, and submission of BIR forms, tax returns, and other regulatory requirements. Oversee compliance with Philippine tax laws, VAT, EWT, percentage tax, and related obligations. Lead finance audit compliance, including addressing findings and implementing CAPA resolutions. Develop and enforce tax compliance policies, internal controls, and documentation standards. Coordinate with BIR, LGUs, and other agencies for audits, inquiries, and regulatory requirements. Provide tax compliance guidance, updates, and training to management and staff.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of Accountancy, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of solid experience in BIR and tax compliance
- Strong background in audit resolution and CAPA implementation
- Excellent knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and compliance procedures
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
