Job Description

Support and assist the Head of Legal in the performance of his / her duties and responsibilities; collaborate with other departments; ensure compliance with relevant laws; structure, draft, review, and negotiate contracts to align with company objectives; provide strategic legal advice; render legal opinions; monitor legal updates; develop and maintain legal guidelines and policies; conduct legal trainings; support legal department KPIs; perform other legal services as required; exercise additional functions as assigned by the Head of Legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor from a Philippine law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the Philippines.
• Member in good standing of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
• At least 5 years of relevant law practice, with high ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent legal and commercial judgment.
• Team player, efficient, hardworking, willing to learn and be trained in other legal areas.
• Experience in real estate, construction, and ICT is preferable.
