Promote and sell memberships through tours, calls, and community outreach

Hit and exceed 40 new joins per month

Deliver standout customer service to prospects and members

Track leads, KPIs, and performance metrics daily

Support marketing and local campaigns

WHAT YOU BRING

12 years of sales experience (fitness or retail preferred)

Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills

Competitive, goal-driven mindset
