We're seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking Head of Accounting to lead our accounting division. In this role, you'll guide a talented team, ensure financial accuracy, and drive continuous improvement across multi‑client operations. You'll play a strategic role in shaping the future of our global accounting services while empowering your team to deliver excellence every day.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee all accounting operations across multiple international clients , ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing accounting team with a focus on collaboration and accountability.
• Establish efficient workflows, controls, and SOPs that support scalability and service consistency.
• Review and approve financial statements, reconciliations, and deliverables, ensuring full compliance with IFRS / GAAP and BIR regulations.
• Collaborate with senior management and global stakeholders to align accounting operations with business objectives.
• Leverage technology and automation to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Manage audits, tax, and compliance activities while proactively addressing risks.
• Lead client onboarding and act as the key accounting contact for high‑value clients, ensuring service excellence and satisfaction.
