Required Experience :
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is mandatory.
- Accounting & Finance : Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience (including financial closing, taxation, and audit handling).
- Management : Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or assistant managerial role (e.g., Administration Manager).
Preference :
Work experience in a Japanese General Contractor or related industry is a plus.Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred (Knowledge of site administration, Joint Venture [JV] accounting, and the percentage-of-completion method).Understanding of Japanese business culture (e.g., "Ho-Ren-So" [Reporting / Communication], consensus building, and the "Ringi" approval process).Experience using MACA systems.===
1. Accounting, Finance & Tax Management (CPA Scope)
Oversee Monthly & Annual Closing : Supervise and review the work of local accounting staff (2 members).Tax Compliance : Handle reporting to the BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue), tax filings, audit management, and ensure strict compliance with tax regulations.Treasury Management : Manage cash flow, liaise with banks, and oversee the payment approval process.Construction Accounting : Support revenue and cost management based on the percentage-of-completion method.2. General Affairs, HR & Legal Management (Admin & HR)
Office & General Affairs : Manage facilities for the branch and site offices, and handle the renewal of business permits.HR & Labor Relations : Supervise payroll processing, handle DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) requirements, and administer company regulations.Expat Support : Manage Visa acquisition and renewal procedures (9G / 47A2, etc.) and assist with housing contracts.
