Customer Support Representative

We are currently looking for Customer Support Representatives to work on our project campaigns. As a company, we offer stable positions with timely payment, long-term contracts, and a professional environment to grow and excel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and courteous manner.

2. Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

3. Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments.

4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.

5. Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

6. Assist in updating FAQs, help center articles, and support documentation.

7. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and feedback loops.

8. Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in the English Language.

2. Minimum 1-year experience in customer or technical support.

3. Prior experience with phone, email and chat support.

4. Familiarity with CRM systems, help desk software, and online communication tools

5. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

6. Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.

7. Professional, detail-oriented, smart, punctual, and a team player.

IMPORTANT :

1. We are a US-based professional company, and you will be requested to go through our recruitment process, undergo a background check, and sign an Agreement as well as an NDA if hired.

2. The entire recruitment and selection process is done via Microsoft Teams and takes around an hour or so (depending on how fast you complete it).

3. If hired, we will be using monitoring software to check your daily work efficiency and productivity.
