Role : Tax Preparer with Signing Authority

Compensation : Competitive Basic Salary

Benefits : HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).

Work Schedule : 5-day work week, 11 : 00 p.m. 8 : 00 a.m. Philippine time

Work Setup : WFH

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review 1040, 1120, 1065, 1041 tax returns with accuracy and compliance.
• Sign off on completed returns in accordance with IRS regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients via email and phone to gather information, explain tax matters, and answer questions in a professional and client-friendly manner.
• Conduct tax research and stay current on federal, state (California), and local tax law changes.
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure high-quality client service.
• Identify opportunities for tax planning and advisory support.
