USRN Trainer – Clinical Healthcare BPO

Location : Ortigas (Onsite)

Shift : Night Shift

Salary : PHP 80,000–90,000 (depending on experience)

Start Date : ASAP

Qualifications (Strict Requirement) :

Must be a US Registered Nurse (USRN) with an active license

At least 1 year of experience as a Clinical Trainer in a BPO setting

Strong background in healthcare accounts (prior authorization, utilization review, or similar)

Minimum 2 years of bedside hospital experience preferred

Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills

Willing to work onsite in Ortigas during the night shift

Can start immediately
