Team Lead – Inpatient
Qualifications :
- Must be willing to work onsite (Quezon City)
- Coding certification (CCS, CIC from AHIMA or AAPC; CPC also acceptable)
- At least 3 years of experience in medical coding, with 1–2 years in inpatient coding
- 1–2 years of Team Lead experience
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM / PCS and CT coding systems, coding guidelines, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare
