- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees, aligning with Alibaba International's business objectives and talent development strategies.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop tailored training solutions, including workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their specific training needs and create relevant content, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, performance metrics, and regular assessments, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Manage and mentor a team of trainers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance their instructional skills and maintain high-quality training delivery.
- Successful training delivery of Independent Contractors and Business Partners by developing work plans, communicating progress, soliciting and incorporating feedback, and ensuring alignment with relevant stakeholders.
- Overall responsible in the successful deliver and facilitation of exciting, progressive and comprehensive training programs to all New Independent Contractors and Business Partners before deploying to the Last Mile Hubs. Job Requirements Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field, with a focus on training and development.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training supervisor or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging training content, utilizing various delivery methods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Effective leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop trainers for optimal performance.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and experience in evaluating training effectiveness using various assessment tools.
