Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field. A RE Licensed Broker is prefered 5+ years of experience in sales or business development; at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong background in Real Estate Sales and project launches. Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and customer focus. The Area Sales Head will lead and manage sales operations for a Real Estate projects within their assigned area. The role focuses on driving sales performance, developing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective team leadership and collaboration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead sales planning and execution to achieve targets.
- Strengthen referral and marketing partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer experience.
- Build and coach high-performing sales teams.
