Job descriptionWill assist the store leader in supervising the store operations, including the Cashiers, Sales Consultants, and employees assigned to the store. Assists in recruiting, coaching, counseling, disciplining, and training employees Helps to maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail staff to achieve sales targets Assisting in promoting the items to the customers Handles customer complaints, issues, and questions

Job Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- With at least 1 year of experience in the same / related field
- With excellent selling and customer service skills
- With extensive experience in retail / fast food operations
- Must be willing to work on holidays and weekends
- Must be proficient in both oral and written communication
