Job description

Job Responsibilities

Manage the accounting department and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Enforce strong internal controls, fiscal discipline, and tax compliance.
Implement and oversee accounting systems (Sage 50, QuickBooks, etc.).
Analyze financial data and provide business insights.
Lead, train, and motivate the accounting team.

Qualifications

At least 5 years’ experience, preferably in top accounting firms

Strong knowledge of internal controls, tax compliance, and fiscal discipline.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Experience with accounting systems (Sage 50, QuickBooks, etc.).

Leadership skills with ability to manage and inspire a team.

Knowledge in IT / systems is an advantage.

Amenable to work in Pasig
