The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will own and drive the end-to-end recruitment strategy for MCI in the Philippines. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in building high-performing teams, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and scaling recruitment operations in a fast-growing, global environment

Only candidates currently residing in San Fernando, Pampanga or nearby areas in Luzon will be considered, as this role requires onsite presence.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the TA team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Drive innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent across all levels and functions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to forecast talent needs and create workforce plans.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from application through onboarding.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to continuously improve processes.
• Manage employer branding initiatives to position MCI as an employer of choice.
• Partner with HR and leadership to align TA strategy with organizational goals.
• Oversee compliance with local labor laws and global recruitment standards.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit / stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
