Responsibilities
Coordinate with each respective lead regarding the specific training needs of their functions. Collaborate with Human Resources and other support groups to develop a comprehensive training plan for the employees.Oversee and track the coordination, utilization, and attendance of employee training modules across different platforms. Additionally, manage the scheduling and participation of all employees.Ensure the availability of trainers by managing their schedules and coordinating with them to align their expertise with the training sessions.Generate and examine training data for monthly reports to track progress, manage budgeting, and ensure alignment with the project managers. This process ensures that billable resources remain within their training allocation and are accurately recorded in the systems.Conduct student evaluations and communicate the results to country leads and managers.Select potential coaches from the participant pool for future training sessions.Regularly conduct training needs assessments based on participant performance and feedback from past classes, as well as changes in business requirements. Additionally, conceptualize and design training modules that address the evolving business needs and areas identified by senior management.Seniority Level
