Payroll Specialist (Night-Shift)

Position : Payroll Specialist

Location : BGC, On-site

Schedule : Night Shift, Monday to Friday

Budget : up to 40,000 - 50,000

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide end-to-end support for payroll applications, including configuration, maintenance, and updates
• Work with HR to enter new hires into ADP and ensure accurate payroll data
• Compile and input employee time and payroll information using Excel and ADP
• Double-check payroll details such as hours worked, deductions, and taxes before processing
• Process and release paychecks for mailing or delivery
• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll matters
• Prepare and submit necessary payroll reports to managers and accounting
• Assist the Payroll Manager in improving payroll processes and practices
• Perform other related duties as needed
