Job descriptionResponsible for handling delivery activity and transactions of the company. Responsible for timely monitoring and reporting of Kanban status and backlogs. Coordinate and monitor with the truck service provider, and the availability of the truck assigned per route. Timely preparation and submission of dispatch slip to the truck service provider before the actual dispatch. Monitor the truck movement, dispatch and arrival at designated origin and destination based on the dispatch instruction. Responsible in the completion of delivery documents. Timely reporting of concerns, issues, problems and / or incidents related to delivery. Supports in PEZA lodgment in the absence of Impex Staff.

Qualifications / Requirements :
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree of 4-year course.
- With experience in Warehouse or Delivery Coordinator / Assistant.
- With critical thinking skills. Can handle conflicts and problems, and has good communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in PEZA and BOC documents.
