What You’ll Do
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline through active lead generation.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and challenges.
Sales Execution
Present and sell software solutions using a consultative approach.Conduct product demos with support from technical / pre-sales teams.Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized solution presentations.Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.Hit or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.Act as a trusted advisor by sharing insights on best practices and software value.Coordinate with customer success teams for seamless onboarding.Maintain accurate CRM records.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with marketing on campaigns and lead nurturing.Partner with technical, engineering, and pre-sales teams to deliver accurate solutions.Collaborate with finance and legal on pricing, contracts, and compliance.Qualifications
Required
➡️Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
➡️2–5 years B2B software / technology sales experience.
➡️Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud, and software sales cycles.
➡️Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
➡️Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
➡️Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.
