Pricing Analyst (With SAP Experience)

General Description

The Pricing Analyst will manage bid loading, bid modifications, cost overrides, and COP (cost of product) modification requests. This role requires working in a high-volume environment with multiple stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance in pricing activities. Strong attention to detail, SAP experience, and the ability to handle stakeholder coordination are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

Load, validate, and modify bids in SAP.

Process cost overrides and COP modification requests accurately.

Collaborate with sales, finance, and vendor management teams to ensure proper execution of pricing programs.

Handle high-volume transactions while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to resolve pricing-related issues and support compliance requirements.

Maintain records and generate reports for audits and internal tracking.

Qualifications

Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Experience in bid loading, pricing operations, or financial transaction management.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment.

Good written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination.

Prior experience in cost / pricing adjustments or vendor management is an advantage.
