DATA ANALYST

Role Overview : We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented Data Analysts to support our data management efforts. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information in our proprietary Thrive CRM and will directly contribute to the success of our executive search operations. The ideal candidates will bring a combination of technical skills, precision, and a collaborative approach to their work.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Data Entry :

Input daily lists of names provided by the search team into the Thrive CRM system.

Ensure data is entered accurately and promptly, maintaining high standards of precision.

2. Data Enrichment :

Update and complete all required data fields in the CRM based on pre-defined criteria.

Conduct research using tools like Rocketreach, Pitchbook, and LinkedIn to validate and enhance data accuracy.

Cross-check and verify information to ensure its reliability and relevance.

3. Collaboration and Communication :

Coordinate with the search team to clarify requirements and ensure alignment on data entry and enrichment objectives.

Provide regular updates on progress and flag any issues that may impact data quality.

4. Quality Control :

Perform regular reviews of data entries to maintain consistency and accuracy.

Adhere to company standards and guidelines for data handling and security.

Qualifications : Experience :

3 years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a similar role.

Candidates with junior to mid-range experience are highly recommended to start with.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in data research tools such as Rocketreach, Pitchbook, and LinkedIn.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.

Soft Skills :

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams.

Working Hours :

UK time zone, Monday to Friday.

Work Arrangement : Office
