Job descriptionPlans, develops, and directs marketing efforts to increase the value and performance of assigned brands, to build brand equity, and increase sales. Manages the end-to-end brand marketing process from product idea generation and evaluation to actual market introduction, as well as brand maintenance. Spearheads cross-functional coordination with third-party agencies and support / task force groups in implementing brand initiatives. Undertakes research and analysis for consumer understanding and utilizes insights to develop marketing strategies that achieve category goals. Manages brand-related resources while maximizing execution within available budgets. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience focused on new product development, marketing, and advertising, preferably in the FMCG manufacturing industry. Proven experience in both traditional and digital marketing campaigns. Possesses excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
