Job Overview

Be part of our client's team as a Full Stack Developer and :

  • Develop and maintain our WordPress-based website, ensuring functionality, performance, and seamless user experiences.
  • Integrate Active Campaign CRM with the website to streamline marketing and customer engagement processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to select and integrate various software platforms, serving as a thought partner in technology decisions.
  • Apply technical SEO knowledge to enhance website visibility, search ranking, and organic traffic.
  • Implement and manage membership site features (currently using Memberium) to create gated content and user experiences.
  • Integrate e-commerce solutions, including Stripe and PayPal, to enable secure and efficient online transactions.
  • Optimize existing website performance for faster loading times while adhering to brand and design guidelines.
  • Participate in and suggest A / B testing initiatives to improve landing page effectiveness and user engagement.
  • Assist in crafting customer journeys, analyzing page success, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop Data Studio dashboards to track and visualize key website performance metrics.
  • Provide strategic technical advice for growing website traffic, enhancing content publishing strategies, and driving user engagement.
  • Collaborate effectively within a remote team environment, working autonomously while maintaining a team player mindset.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in fluent English, ensuring smooth information exchange and project coordination.

    • To excel in this role, you'll need :

  • Extensive experience with WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development.
  • Proficiency in integrating and configuring Active Campaign CRM for marketing and automation purposes.
  • Strong understanding of software platform selection and integration processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical SEO best practices and implementation.
  • Familiarity with membership site platforms, specifically Memberium.
  • Experience with integrating e-commerce solutions like Stripe and PayPal, or suggesting alternatives.
  • Proven ability to optimize website performance for speed and efficiency.
  • Previous involvement in A / B testing, customer journey mapping, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with creating and interpreting Data Studio dashboards.
  • Strategic mindset for providing recommendations to enhance website traffic, brand growth, and engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English.
