The Maintenance Automation Supervisor reports directly to the MHE and Automation Manager. He / She is responsible for the management of all Technicians. The Supervisor will work constantly and consistently maintain the automation system in good running order, carrying out inspections, planned maintenance, AD-HOC Maintenance, Documentations and managing spare parts inventory, upgrades, support retrofit and / or new installation projects as needed. Able to manage critical in an emergency, when the system has shutdown / breakdown expectedly. To manage and troubleshoot to find out the root cause and rectify as soon as possible. Provide daily, weekly and monthly report. A results-oriented person who oversees people development, performance, security and health and safety.

Responsibilities : Checking of all machine safety and people work in Preventive Maintenance EAM schedule during shift, service and Do Reactive Maintenance during shift, service and Do Monitor Machine condition automation, service and Monitor Cross Belt, Conveyor condition and all main machine control Monitor spare parts inventory level and prepare request order, do monthly inventory and Monitor spare parts inventory level and prepare request order, do monthly inveNtory and Monitor and responsible for 5S at machine and maintenance work Report and record all maintenance work activities at record book and EAM (CMMS) data Execute 1st level preventive maintenance servicing & routine inspection of material handling system (MHS) according to maintenance Assist maintenance manager for all other assigned tasks such as addition & alteration works and project Provide on-site technical support during operation hours, sales period and after office hours if Carry out other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Requirements / Qualifications(must have) : Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Instrumentation Engineering, or other related At least 3 to 5 years work experience in Engineering and Maintenance and A customer focused critical thinker who can identify and drive operational change to improve service to Excellent oral and written communications skills (Tagalog and Strong analytical skills to be able to interpret complex interrelated performance data and costs.
