Earn up to $5,500 per month (depending on experience) as a Business Analyst at Venture Smarter, your trusted partner in navigating the complex landscape of business growth and transition.
As a Business Analyst, you will analyze and optimize our business processes, systems, and performance. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to identify and understand their needs and challenges and provide data-driven solutions and recommendations. You will also design, develop, and implement business intelligence tools and reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.

What the job entails :
- Gather and analyze data from various sources, such as financial reports, market research, customer feedback, and operational metrics
- Identify and define business problems and opportunities, and propose solutions and improvements
- Create and document business requirements, specifications, and models, using tools such as flowcharts, diagrams, and wireframes
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, and testers to ensure the delivery of quality products and services that meet the business requirements and expectations
- Develop and maintain business intelligence tools and reports, such as dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations, using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
- Communicate and present complex data and findings to various audiences, using clear and compelling language and visuals
- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the implemented solutions and changes, and provide feedback and suggestions for further improvement
