Accounting Jobs in Philippines

In this highly visible role, reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will oversee financial processes and controls across all accounting areas. This position demands a high degree of independence, acumen, energy, enthusiasm, and technical competence. You will play a crucial role in meeting deadlines and preparing for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and audits.

Responsibilities :

Accounting for : Leases, Prepaids, Loans, Inventory, Fixed assets

Reviewing and Approving : Daily journal entries, Monthly cash / bank, reconciliations

Preparing : Monthly and quarterly financial reports, Footnotes for audited, financial reports

Other Duties : Various projects, tasks, or responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification preferred Experience of a senior accountant
• Experience at a large accounting firm focusing on audits and US GAAP
• Excellent communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to take broad direction and develop execution plans
• Strong teamwork skills to help achieve collective goals
• High level of understanding of US GAAP
• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite in an intercompany environment (parent company with multiple subsidiaries)
• High degree of skills in Microsoft Excel Experience with Expensify and Bill.com is a plus
