Position Summary:

As a Deals Posting Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely posting of automotive deals into our systems. This position demands precision,speed, and integrity qualities that align with Pinnacle Intelligence's core values: Shift into High Gear, Accelerate with Precision, and Steer with Integrity & Respect. Your work will directly impact financial accuracy and customer satisfaction, making you an essential part of our performance-driven team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and validate deals in accordance with company policies and compliance standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain smooth workflow across departments.
• Monitor KPIs and performance objectives, proactively identifying areas for improvement to accelerate operational efficiency.
• Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and internal controls, demonstrating integrity and respect in every transaction.
• Leverage technology tools to streamline posting processes and reduce errors, embodying precision in execution.
• Provide clear and respectful communication when addressing issues or clarifying deal details with internal stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Business graduate or its equivalent, ready to apply academic knowledge to real-world operational excellence.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines, prepared to Shift into High Gear when volume spikes.
• Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on Accelerating with Precision in every task.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards, consistently Steering with Integrity & Respect.
• Prior experience in automotive retail, finance, or BPO operations preferred.
• Amenability:Willing to work full onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa. Available for a fixed weekday night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with weekends off.
