Job Description This is a remote position.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Marketing Assistant to support a fast-paced industrial real estate brokerage. This role focuses on creating polished, professional marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency across all property presentations.
You will also assist with transaction coordination and operational support, helping maintain accurate documentation, meet critical deadlines, and ensure smooth communication throughout each deal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and design professional marketing materials, including offering memorandums, property listings, presentations, brochures, and digital graphics
• Design and edit marketing collateral using Canva, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar platforms
• Prepare compelling property marketing materials and visual content for client meetings and listings
• Coordinate real estate transactions from contract execution through closing
• Manage transaction documentation, timelines, due diligence materials, and critical deadlines
• Maintain CRM databases, update deal status, and generate internal reports
• Communicate with clients, brokers, attorneys, lenders, and title companies
• Assist in developing and improving internal systems, workflows, and operational processes

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, design, real estate operations, transaction coordination, or a related role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to create professional marketing materials and presentations
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience using CRM systems and managing databases
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup
• Availability with meaningful overlap during U.S. Pacific Time business hours

RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in U.S. commercial real estate (brokerage, developer, Real Estate Investment Trust-REIT, etc.) Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Experience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ClientLook) Strong written English and ability to create polished, client-ready materials Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines Preferred: Understanding of industrial real estate and site logistics layouts Experience with Canva, Figma, or Lucidchart Working knowledge of U.S. commercial real estate terminology and marketing best practices
