Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Copywriter & Photo Editor VA with strong writing and visual editing skills. This role focuses on creating clear, engaging real estate advertisement copy, producing drone image mark-ups, and performing photo touch-ups. The ideal candidate has good English writing skills, strong Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator abilities, and can follow structured templates while using AI tools to improve efficiency and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Write clear real estate ad copy using notes, photos, floor plans, templates, and AI tools while following the required style
- Create drone image mark-ups in Photoshop, highlighting landmarks and key locations
- Perform photo touch-ups, basic enhancements, and object removal
- Make simple floorplan edits and minor layout changes in Illustrator
- Assist with additional photography and small visual tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong English writing and communication skills, especially for real estate content
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and basic skills in Adobe Illustrator
- Ability to follow writing guides, templates, and instructions accurately
- Good attention to detail and visual consistency
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- A portfolio of your sample work is required
Work Environment & Expectations
While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: Php 35,000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
- 10 days annual leave credits
- 5 days of sick leave
5. HMO Offered after 6-month probation
6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days

9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
10. FIXED SHIFT: 8 PM to 5 AM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
TRAINING SHIFT (4-6 Weeks): 6 AM to 3 PM Philippine time
