Job Summary: The Jr.

Product Manager plays a key role in ensuring high-quality, efficient product delivery by handling tactical responsibilities and supporting cross-functional coordination across teams.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in product processes who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute across the entire product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in defining and refining product requirements and user stories.

Collaborate with engineering and design teams during sprint planning and product delivery.

Maintain and update project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) for backlog grooming and prioritization.

Analyze user feedback and product usage data to uncover improvement opportunities.

Support QA and UAT testing phases to ensure product quality.

Document key product features, release notes, and communications for internal and customer use.

Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer support, and operations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related course.

At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a product-related or cross-functional tech environment.

Solid understanding of product lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Ability to break down complex issues and identify effective solutions.

Technical literacy—comfortable discussing basic software architecture and APIs.

Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Skilled in backlog and task management using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.

Strong written communication for documentation and reporting.

Curiosity, empathy, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
