We are seeking a versatile Designer to produce compelling static graphics and edited videos that promote VoltX Energy's solar solutions and partner campaigns. The ideal candidate will efficiently adapt creative concepts to multiple formats while strictly adhering to brand standards, delivering polished content on tight deadlines to support our digital marketing efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design static visuals (e.g., graphics, infographics, banners) and edit videos (e.g., promotional clips, social reels) that follow VoltX Energy and partner brand guidelines.
- Resize and optimize creative assets for diverse social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring pixel-perfect results across formats.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to rapidly develop and iterate on concepts, meeting aggressive production timelines without compromising quality.
- Maintain a library of reusable templates and assets, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all outputs.
- Review and refine designs based on feedback, incorporating partner-specific requirements when applicable.
Qualification
- Proven experience (3+ years) in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing static and motion graphics for energy/tech brands or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar, for both static and video workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to resize designs seamlessly for multiple social platforms while adhering to strict brand guidelines.
- Track record of delivering high-volume, on-brand content under tight deadlines (e.g., same-day turnarounds).
- Skills in Figma or Canva for rapid prototyping, and understanding of SEO/UX principles for digital assets.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the renewable energy or telecommunications sector, with familiarity in creating content for B2B partnerships.
- Knowledge of animation tools (e.g., Adobe Animate) or motion graphics for dynamic social content.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
