• MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
• The local Information Security Director is responsible for all local security matters. In particular, he/she oversees the implementation of the global information security program, manages information security risks, and promotes security awareness.
• KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Define local security policies and standards, i n accordance with group policies and standards
• Work closely with the business to clearly define the business accountability of Information Security.
• Manage the information security budget
• Support the Local C S O in his responsibility of implementing the Information Security Transformation Program aligned to agreed targets with the Region and AXA Group
• Risk Management
• o Run and identify security risks to the company and lead the corresponding mitigation to close AXA exposure in time. Propose efficient security measures.
  o Manage risks in adherence to the Group and Regional framework.
  o Track and report accurately and timely all entity risks.
  o Interface with the Group and the Region on risk management and risk reporting
• Perform entity information security compliance reviews and run self-assessment controls
• Support and coordinate (external and internal) audits and compliance reviews such as ISO 27000.
• Manage and coordinate information security incidents. Escalate serious incident immediately to Regional Security.
• Manage and continually improve local security awareness in coordination with Regional Security initiatives.
• Monitor new technology and trends in the security field and recommend appropriate actions.
• Exchange ideas and enforce security measures on new developments with Solution
• Delivery team, Architecture team, and IT infrastructure with Service Delivery team.

• WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITHIN BUSINESS UNIT:
• Work with Local C SO and Regional Head of Security to define and agree on the entity security targets.
• Work with regional and local IT team heads to ensure they carry out the planned actions and projects to mitigate IT security risks.
• Work with business department heads to ensure they take security seriously and implement the actions that fall within the business area.
• Inform regularly the local Risk Committee on the entity information risk exposure

Your Profile

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONSQUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• A minimum of ten years of IT experience, preferably consisting of about six years of IT security experience.
• Understand technologies and issues on systems reliability, security, and disaster recovery.
• Able to develop a clear understanding of clients' and customers' technology needs.
• Understand the linkage between information technology and business value.
• Conversant and knowledgeable on the latest technology innovations and possibilities, understanding how key technologies can help address security issues. In addition, has an understanding of the practical constraints of technology, and a knowledge surrounding proposed security technology investments.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
