  • The Communications Specialist will support the PR and Corporate Communication Manager in developing and executing internal communication strategies and content that will inform, engage, and inspire employees across the company. Working on various projects and formats such as events and campaigns, the Specialist is expected to deliver consistent and impactful messages that align with the company's purpose, values, and goals. The Specialist will also help measure and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.

  • Culture ChangeWork closely the Client Experience team in designing and mounting effective campaigns promoting client-centricity to employees nationwide
  • Employer BrandingIdeate and create campaigns to strengthen Sun Life’s position as a preferred employer for high-quality talentsCollaborate with internal partners (HR-Recruitment, Digital Marketing & Advertising) and external partners (employment platforms such as Jobstreet and Linkedin, among others) in executing the campaigns Review communication materials crafted by external partners to ensure that these adhere to the company’s tone and voice
