Business Performance Management

The Asia Pacific (APAC) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team are integral part of APAC Finance working with internal and business stakeholders. We focus on supporting the business through financial planning, management reporting, and business analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain management reports / dashboards across business areas through automation, simplification, and standardization
Support BPM teams in preparation of reports for Monthly Financial Reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes
Engage with Group functions and other regions to source alignment and best practices
Creation and maintenance of the Regional Reporting Catalogue

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field

Experience in Management Reporting, P&L Analysis, and business performance management will be an advantage

3-5 years of working experience in an international environment

Takes initiative and is self-motivated; someone effective at functioning in complex, demanding settings

Current systems skills, including MS Office Suite, SAP, BI & Power BI

Flexibility and accountability, with occasional short timelines and / or tight deadlines

Competencies

Good collaboration skills and focused on completing tasks efficiently
