Overview
As a Marketing Head , you will lead the planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to elevate brand presence and drive project engagement. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver compelling campaigns, memorable events, and impactful experiences aligned with Rockwell’s premium standards.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Event Conceptualization & Execution : Lead the end-to-end planning of on-ground events, project activations, and brand experiences in line with the brand’s strategic direction.
- Project Management : Oversee all aspects of event execution including logistics, sourcing, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination — from ingress to egress.
- Creative Collaboration : Coordinate with the Creative and Digital teams for the production of marketing collaterals, promotional materials, invitations, and directional assets.
- Sales Lounge Support : Ensure that the onsite sales lounge is consistently well-stocked, organized, and equipped with all marketing materials and supplies.
- Post-Event Reporting : Prepare and present post-event analyses with insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Engagement : Work closely with Sales, Leasing, and other business units to ensure alignment across all marketing initiatives.
